Advancing Candidates

This article will guide supervisors through advancing and dispositioning candidates in Self Service.

Navigation:   Infor >> Supervisor Self Service >> Team Vacancies



From the Manager Menu in Supervisor Self Service:

1. Select "Team Vacancies".


2. If you require additional workspace, you may select the Hamburger Icon to collapse the Manager menu.


3. Select the checkbox beside the Clinical Assistant Position and then click on the Workflow tab.


4. The system displays a list of candidates that applied for the Clinical Assistant position that are ready for review. 


To advance the candidate forward for consideration:

5. Select the Candidate.


6. Select Move to Step.


The system will default to the next step in the Candidate "Move to Step" Workflow.

NOTE:  As shown in the example above "Judgement Index" is the default for the next step in the workflow process.  However, if desired you may choose a different step in the candidate workflow.  Be sure to consult your HR Representative for assistance in determining which roles are appropriate for the Judgement Index Assessment before assigning this step. 


7. Move To Step Candidate Workflow

7a. Select the appropriate Workflow Step.

7b. You are required to enter a note.

7c. Select "Submit" to move the candidate to the step selected in the workflow.  In this example, Judgement Index is the step selected in the workflow.



7d. You will receive a notification that the "Move To Step" process is complete.



7e. You will see that the judgement step process has been initiated in the workflow.  During this step, the system sends an email request to the candidate requesting that they complete the Judgement Index Assessment. 

7f. You can now move the candidate to the Interview step or another step in the workflow.

NOTE:  It may take a few days for the results of the Judgement Index to come in.  Be sure to wait to receive the results of the Judgement Index Assessment before scheduling candidate interviews.
