FAQ: I need to make a Pay Rate Correction for My Staff. What should I do?

In general, pay rate changes are associated with promotions, demotions, or position transfers submitted through an Internal Transfer Action Request.  Supervisors use the Change Pay Rate option to correct rate changes previously submitted. Outside of this exception, managers should use the Transfer Action Request form to submit pay rate changes for a member of staff within their accounting unit.  Please review the steps in the How To: Correct a Pay Rate Error for guidelines on submitting a pay rate correction.  If you are unable to submit a pay rate correction after following these guidelines, enter a support ticket @ COA Vision Helpdesk for assistance from a member of our HR staff.
