HR - HRIS Infor Helpdesk Escalation

Direct users to start with a search in the online help guides. The guides are also linked in Infor home as “Questions and Answers” and from the relevant page in Blue River. Infor HR, Benefits and WFM functionality questions should go to the relevant HR email box by topic below.

Do not assign general staff user how to, process or policy questions to ERP team. ERP supports system integration and malfunctions. Users should use the resources above and submit questions from there.

Infor time clock questions?

  • Badge does not work at the clock?
  • Time clock not working correctly?
  • Assign to Diana Kennedy in ERP

Log in to Infor or Infor GO issues?

  • Assign to ERP

Employee is injured or exposed to hazard on the job?

Employee currently on shift after hours has been terminated in the system?

  • Leader on shift, such as charge or house supervisor calls help desk
  • Help desk both emails HRIS and calls HRIS phone list (call twice to get through do not disturb)
  • HRIS will reactivate in Infor which will reactivate AD in about an hour
  • Provisioning may still need to reactivate EPIC account
  • If urgent, HD or house supervisor escalates to AOC who approves immediate reactivation
  • Then BOTH manually reactivate the AD account and EPIC account

User questions about process or policy questions

  • Self-service, performance appraisal, certification and licensure, HR forms, reporting relationships or rate of pay?
  • Online guides and Blue River first then [email protected] for more questions

Employee, student or agency temp personal details not correct, such as name, address, phone, etc.?

Employee, student or agency temp badge, work or job details not correct, such as title or unit?

Employee with concerns about time or schedule?

Employee with concerns about benefits?

Employee with concerns about a leave of absence?

Employee with concerns about payroll?

Children’s University training issue?

  • This includes affiliate end dates changes, training assigned, online course content
  • Assign to IT Education team, they know how to change the affiliate end date or escalate from there if Infor needs to be updated.

UAB staff or 3rd party organization Infor profile or badge details not correct? Or new user needs credentials?

  • Do not send questions to HRIS for UAB staff, vendors, consultants, researchers, service reps
  • Assign to Provisioning
  • If they submitted a badge form without an affiliate form, they will not get a badge
  • General affiliate info at https://home.chsys.org/hr/hub/affiliates

Volunteer information not correct in Infor?

  • Contact Volunteer Services

Medical staff providers privilege or role information not correct?

  • Contact Medical Staff Services
