As a supervisor, you can easily view the current work assignments of any direct, dotted line, or temporary staff member within your accounting unit. Simply access the "My Staff" section and navigate to the Work Assignments tab on the staff member's profile to view their work assignment information. Keep in mind that a staff member may have multiple work assignments in Infor. Follow the steps in this article to locate a specific work assignment for any staff member in your accounting unit.

From the Staff Member's Profile Screen:
1. Click the Work Assignments Tab. The Work Assignments tab displays the staff member's current work assignment(s).
NOTE: A staff member can have more than one assignment.
2. Double Click on the line item in the grid to display additional information about the work assignment.
3. The system defaults to the Work Assignment Overview.
The Overview Tab displays an overall summary of the staff member's work assignment profile.
Included in the Overview is the Compensation Profile. Click on the Compensation Profile link.
4. The Compensation Profile displays an overview of the staff member's pay rates, calculated rates and compensation analysis information.
5. Click the Pay Rate History Tab.
The Pay Rate History displays a list and chart of historical pay rates for the member of staff.
6. For additional information on a specific payrate, click the line item in the Pay History Grid.
7. The system displays additional information about the pay rate history for that line item.
8. The Allowances & Other Pay, Compensation Programs, Special Incentives, and Equity Grants Tabs are not being used at this time.
9. The Position Description Tab describes a summary of the responsibilities for the staff member's position.
10. The Position History tab list all positions held by the member of staff. Click on the line item in the Position History grid to view additional details about the item.
11. The Position History details display for the selected item.
