Transition programs are a tool within Infor that we utilize to help employees migrate through their employment lifecycles such as hire, transfer, or termination. However, this tool might also be utilized to assign employees one-off tasks that need completion.
Managers are asked to follow-up with their reports to ensure completion of assigned tasks. This guide will show managers how to view the transition programs assigned to their reports and monitor their completion.
We will start our navigation from the Supervisor Self Service Menu. On the Manager Menu, you will find a quick link titled Team Transition Tasks.
This link will lead you into the Transition Program Dashboard within Infor. The dashboard has two panes, the small pane on the left is used to select the transition program for which you would like information to be displayed on the main pane.
The All view shows the employee, their current status, and percent completion. All the data that is shown is related to the specific transition program selected. You can view detailed information for individual employee by double clicking on their record.
The detailed view is organized in panels and allows you to perform certain functions as a manager.
