The following reports in Infor can be found in Supervisor Self Service under Manager Menu > Reports.  These reports provide much of the detail behind both turnover and retention metrics.  However, they also include affiliate actions that do not factor into turnover or retention.  

These reports are restricted to 1/1/2020 and later to improve their run time performance.  They will only include data for your direct reports or units that you have been specifically set up to see by HR.  If you don't see the unit you expect, contact [email protected] for assistance.

Please Note: This is a list of raw data actions.  When terms are processed for the wrong date or there is a need to re-do a hire, a staff person may show up in these reports but may be excluded from final turnover or retention counts.

Report Manager Staff Add - Hires/rehires of employees and new/reactivated affiliates

Report Manager Staff Loss - Terminations/Retirements of employees and inactivation of affiliates

Report Manager Staff Pay Change - Pay actions for employees only, but will include pay actions with a transfer as well as pay actions for annual increases

Report Manager Staff Transfer Position - Transfer between units for both employees and affiliates

Report Manager Staff Transfer Unit - Transfers between positions for both employees and affiliates
