WFM - How to Clock in Self Service

WFM is a time management application used for scheduling & timekeeping, helping ensure employees receive timely and accurate pay for hours worked.  This article guides you through the process of clocking in WFM Self Service.  

A few reminders about clocking in self service:

  • The system will only accept online clock submissions with locations services enabled.  
  • If your browser does not allow this setting, you will not be able to clock in Self Service at a computer.  
  • When using a mobile device, GPS must be active and able to read your location.
  • The system will store the location you clocked from and this information will be available to schedulers, admins and members of managment.
  • Employees are required to use clock locations that are approved by their supervisor.  Clocking outside of approved locations may be cause for disciplinary actions.

From Staff Self Service  >>  My Service Center:



1. Select "My WFM Time & Schedule".



  
2. Select "My Schedule Hub"




Locate the Clock Icon in the lower right corner of the "My Schedule Hub" screen. If the clock icon is green, this indicates that you are currently clocked on. 

If the clock icon is red, this indicates that you are currently clocked off.




3.  Click the clock icon to open the clock action panel.

4. Select the ON or OFF icon to clock on or off. 


5. To view additional details or to change the time code, select "View More" to display the Clock Options menu.

If you need to clock to a different department, you will need to select Change Department.  To clock outside of the default code, you will need to select "Change Time Code".

We do not allow changes to the Job, Docket, or Project codes at this time. 



5. To clock outside of the Work default code, select "Change Time Code".






Self Service Clocking is available for Continuing Education, Non Clinical, or the Default Work Time Codes.

6. Choose  "CONT ED" (Continuing Education) or "NON-PROD" (non-clinical) to change the default time code.  





Once the new code is selected, the system will display confirmation that you have updated the time code to the new value.

8. Select "OK" to return to the "My Schedule Hub" screen.






9. Select the clock icon again to return to "Clock Options". 

NOTE:  If you are currently clocked on - the clock icon will appear in Green.





10. Select "View More".




11. Select "View Clock Transactions".




 12. To view details for your clock transactions, toggle between the "down and up arrows" to view details about your clock transactions.
