Select a step below to view detailed instructions.

1 - My WFM Time & Schedule

From Staff Self Service, select My WFM Time & Schedule.

2 - WFM Self Service Portal

In My Service Center, select Self Scheduling to open the WFM Self Service Portal.

3 - Self Scheduling Calendar View

The Self Scheduling page opens in the WFM Self Service Portal in Calendar View. Dates marked with a small green triangle in the bottom-right corner indicate that one or more shifts are available for self-scheduling on that date.

4 - View Available Shifts

Select a date on the calendar to view available shifts that do not overlap with your currently scheduled shifts. The number shown in the corner represents the total number of available shifts for that day.

5 - View Self Scheduling Options

When multiple self-scheduling windows are open, the Processes box allows you to switch between them and view the available shifts for the selected date.

6 - Select Self Shift Schedules

When you have selected all of your self scheduled shifts, check the area above the Submit button for any scheduling guideline warnings. Adjust your selected shifts as needed to clear the warnings. When no warnings are displayed, click Submit to complete the self-scheduling process.

7 - Self Shift Schedule Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation message when the shift is submitted.  Select "Okay" to continue.

8 - Your Schedule Calendar

Once submitted, your schedule will display the shifts you have committed to work. These shifts will remain pending until the self-scheduling window closes and your unit scheduler completes the scheduling process.

9 - Change Self Scheduling Options

Until the self-scheduling window closes, you may return to this screen at any time to make changes to your schedule. To modify a scheduled shift, click the date containing the shift you wish to change. To remove a self-scheduled shift, click the Trash icon next to the shift. Changes made by deleting a shift are saved automatically and do not require you to click Submit. However, if you add a new self-scheduled shift, you must click Submit to save your changes.
