You are able to make changes to your benefits during Open Enrollment or if you experience a qualifying life event. A qualifying life event includes, but is not limited to, birth, death, marriage, divorce, loss of other coverage, gain other coverage, etc. If you have experienced a qualifying life event, you will need to complete the attached Benefit Status Change form. We will need the completed form and all supporting documents within 31 days of the qualifying life event.
