On April 20th, 2024, Infor is introducing changes to Infor Self-Service, focusing on enhancing your user experience. The newly designed Workspaces are tailored to make your navigation, multitasking, and task completion more efficient and intuitive.

A New Look to the Home Page
A New Navigation Menu
The New Navigation Menu provides greater visibility into your Applications, Bookmarks and Workspaces.
New additions to the Navigation Menu are Workspaces, Bookmarks, and Applications.
Workspaces are customizable based on the user's role.
For example, an HR user can have a workspace tailored to their responsibilities and tasks, and someone in finance would have one that fits their needs.
Bookmarks enable you to access essential pages. Bookmarks are now created by navigating to the application and screen you wish to bookmark, then simply clicking the dropdown arrow at the top application tab.
Applications such as Infor Global HR (GHR) are located under applications on the new navigation menu.
Multi Workspace Functionality
You can now open multiple workspaces simultaneously in the new Portal. These workspaces are located in tabs across the top of the Portal window. Tabs can also be pinned for automatic launch upon user login.
Widgets
Widgets are single-purpose applications that offer swift access to interactive functions.
You will see these changes reflected in the Articles in HR Questions and Answers as they are updated.
