Managers use the Performance Dashboard to drill into the appraisal status for all supervisors who report to them.

From Supervisor Self Service
1. Select "Team Performance" from the Managers
2. Click on "My Staff", then select the employee you plan to appraise.
Note: If you were assigned an to complete an appraisal for someone else's direct report, you will find it under "All Assigned To Me".
3. Select the manager appraisal assigned to you then click "Start Appraisal" at the top of the list.
4. Answer each question as appropriate. If the employee completed a self appraisal, their responses will also be shown. If you start the manager appraisal before the employee submits their self appraisal to you, that information will be missing.
Note: For non-supervisory staff, there will be a tab showing all training completed during the review period.
5. Comments will only be at the end of all questions. The final rating is added in a different step.
6. Please be sure that all parts of the appraisal are complete prior to finalizing and submitting to the employee. Once finalized, the appraisal will move to the Finalized tab.
7. After you finalize, you must assign a meeting date in order to gain access to the Final Rating step.
8. Select the finalized appraisal again and select "Update Overall Rating". Chose the appropriate rating value and submit.
9. You will also need to "Submit to the Employee" so that they can acknowledge the appraisal. Click "Consolidated Appraisal" to generate a PDF document of the completed appraisal.
