HR - How To Update My Address

All staff members have access to their personal profiles in Self Service. However, not all the information can be updated. You can add or update your address in your profile through Self Service.  To update your address in your profile, refer to the guidelines provided in this article.

From Self Service: 

1. Locate "My Profile".


From My Profile:

1. Select "My Addresses".


2. The system opens to the "Employee Addresses" page. 



3. Right-click on the address you want to update and Select "Change Address."

4. On the Change Address form, Select the Effective Date*, Reason, and Description for the change.  Note:  The Description field is optional.


5. Update the information in the Address, City, State, and Zip Code fields.



Note: If this is your only address on file, the Send Mail To and I Live at this Address options are grayed out and can not be changed.


6. Enter comments relevant to this change in the Comment field.


7. Select "Submit" to save your changes.

8. Upon submission, your request is routed to HR for review.  Once approved, an approval notification will be sent to your work email address.


9. Your address is now updated in Self Service.
