Employee Main Campus Parking Election Guide

Children's is pleased to offer convenient on-site parking options to all employees. This guide is designed to help employees navigate the Infor Self Service portal to maintain their parking election for our Main Downtown Campus.

For staff utilizing our Main Downtown Campus facilities, parking is available in decks located on 4th Avenue, 5th Avenue, and 7th Avenue. While employees are generally assigned to the 4th Avenue deck, the Security Department may provide alternative assignments based on facility availability and operational needs. A parking fee is applied via a recurring payroll deduction. Please note that parking at off-site locations (such as Children's South or Pediatric Practices) remains free of charge.

Main Campus Parking Preference Options

Please review the options below that corresponds with your primary work site and/or needs to ensure accurate billing and access:

Parking at Main Campus Select this if you need to utilize the 4th, 5th, or 7th Avenue decks. This triggers the monthly payroll deduction and deck assignment.
No Parking Needed / Parking Other Select this if you work primarily at a satellite location or do not require use of the parking decks at our Main Downtown Campus facilities.

Instructions for Changing Your Election

To modify your current Main Campus Parking Prefence election in Infor Staff Service, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Log into the Infor Self Service Portal and open your profile by click View More. Portal Login Screen
  • Step 2: Click on View to open your full profile information. Full Profile
  • Step 3: Under Preferences, update your Main Campus Parking Election. Parking Elections Option
Timelines
  • Change Date: Election changes take effect at the beginning of the next pay period.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you are dropping parking, the parking fee for the current pay period will still be deducted from the paycheck for the period.

Security & Decal Collection

If you have newly elected Parking at Main Campus, you must register your vehicle and obtain a valid decal. Please contact the Security Department with your vehicle's make, model, year, color, and license plate number. Security will contact you when Parking Access is added to notify you of your Parking Deck Assignment and to pick up your decal.
