HR - How To View My Actions

The "My Actions" page is where you view all of your submitted action requests. From this screen, you can view the status of your pending and complete requests. You can also withdraw pending requests from the Actions screen. The most popular actions are Terminations and Pay Rate Changes. This article provides steps to help you locate your Action Requests in Self Service.

From Self Service:

1.  Select "My Actions."


View Your Open Action Request


2. The system opens the "Action Requests" tab on the My Actions page.

3. To view your Open Action Request, Right-click on the request and select Open. 


4. View the details of your pending action request.   

5. Click "Cancel" to return to the "My Open Request Actions" tab.


View Your Completed Action Request



When your action request is approved, the status of the request is changed from "In Process" to "Complete."

1. Select "My Request Actions."


NOTE: The Request Actions Tab shows both Open and Complete Action Requests.


2. Right-click on the complete action request and select open.


3. View the details of the complete request.

4. Select Cancel to return to the "My Request Actions" tab.

NOTE:  You can not make a change to an action request with a status of complete.  If you find an error in the action request after the request is complete in the system, contact HRIS for further instructions.  

If you need to correct an action request that is not in a complete status, follow the steps in the article "How To: Withdraw My Actions" to withdraw the action request.
