HR - How To View My Profile and Contact Information
You can view your personal and contact information by accessing your "My Profile" from the home page in Self Service. To access your "My Profile" information, follow the guidelines below.
Navigation: Blue River >> Infor My Service Center >> Staff Self Service >> My Profile

1. Select "My Profile and Name".
2. This is the Personal Profile Screen. Here, you will find five tabs that contain information about your Summary, Personal, Work, Talent, and Documents profiles.
The system opens to the Summary tab displaying a summary of your personal and work information combined.
3. The Personal tab provides additional details about information in your profile such as your email address, emergency contacts, and identification number.
4. The Work Tab displays detailed information about your Work history. Here you will find information about your dates of service, compensation, and position history.
5. At this time the Talent tab is not in use. This article will be updated with instructions on the Talent tab when this item is operational.
6. The Documents tab is where you will find documents that are saved to your file. For example: Your Employee Enrollment Confirmation or Employee Appraisal Documentation.
