From Self Service:
1. Locate the "My Profile Section."
2. Select "Emergency Contacts."
3. Select "Add Contact" on the Emergency Contacts screen.
4. Select the current date as the "Effective Date* for this change.
5. Enter the Emergency Contact's First Name, Last Name, and Relationship.
6. Select the Preferred Contact checkbox if the Emergency Contact is your primary emergency contact.
7. Select the Preferred Contact Method for your Emergency Contact.
8. If you chose home, work, or mobile for the preferred contact method, select the search icon in the Country/Jurisdiction code field for the preferred contact method.
9. Select the Country/Jurisdiction Code for the preferred contact method.
10. Enter the preferred contact's phone number(s) in the respective fields (home, work, or mobile).
11. If you chose Email or IM as a preferred contact method, enter the email address or IM message network and address for your emergency contact.
12. If the Emergency Contact's address is the same as yours, click the search icon in the "Same as Resource Address" field to find and select your address.
13. If the Emergency Contact's address differs from yours, click the search icon in the "Country/Jurisdiction" field to find and select the correct Country/Jurisdiction.
14. Complete the street address, city, state/province, zip code, and county/district fields on the form.
15. Click "Submit" to save your changes.
16. Your Emergency Contact information is now updated in your profile.
