All staff members have access to their personal profile in Self Service. However, not all the information can be updated. You can add, update, or inactivate a phone number, but you should never delete a phone number in the system. Updating phone numbers is one of the most commonly requested changes by Staff. To update your phone number in your profile, refer to the guidelines provided in this article.

From Self Service:
1. Locate "My Profile".
2. Select the "My Profile And Name".
2. Select the "Personal" tab.
3. Locate "Contact Information".
4. To update a phone number, simply right-click on the number you want to change and select "Update Phone".
5. Complete the fields on the "Update Phone" screen.
