HR - How To View My Compensation

As an employee, you can view your compensation information on your profile. It's important to ensure that all the information in your profile is accurate, including your work assignment and contact information. In the related articles section below, you can find instructions on viewing your work assignments or adding/updating your contact information. If you want to access your compensation information, you can follow the steps provided in this guide. These guidelines will help you quickly access the information stored in your profile.

From Staff Self Service:

1. Locate "My Profile".


From My Profile:

2. Select "My Profile And Name".


The system displays the Summary Tab.  

The Summary Tab provides an overview of your profile, including Position, Direct Manager, Department, Location, and Dates of Service.

2. Select the "Work Tab".




3. Locate "Compensation Overview" on the "Work Tab".

The compensation section provides an overview of your compensation, including hourly, monthly, annual, pay per pay period, and pay frequency.



Compensation by Work Assignment

4. Select the "Arrow" on the Compensation Overview tab to view additional compensation information.


5. Some staff members will have more than one work assignment.  You can view your compensation for all work assignments from this screen.


6. Right-click on a Work Assignment and select "Open" to view additional compensation details.


7. The system opens to the "Overview" Tab in the compensation profile.   Here you will find an overview of pay and calculated rates for the selected work assignment.



8. Select the "Pay Rate History" Tab.  The history of your pay rate changes for this work assignment displays, including the effective date, reason, pay rate, type, annual hours, and FTE (Full Time Equivalent).


9. Additional Pay Types, such as allowances and other pay, can be found on the "Allowances & Other Pay" Tab.   In the top right corner of your Compensation Profile, you will find a link to print your compensation.
