HR - How To View My Work Assignment
When you first start working at COA, you will be given a work assignment that contains crucial information about your position. You can easily access this information by viewing your profile. The following steps will guide you on how to access and view the position information in your work assignment(s).
Navigation: Blue River >> Infor My Service Center >> Staff Self Service >> My HR Profile >> My Profile & Contact Details

From Self Service:
1. Locate the My Service Center section.
2. Select "My HR Profile".
2. Select "My Profile & Contact Details."
The system opens to to the At A Glance profile screen.
3. Select the "Work Assignments" Tab.
Here you can view your work assignment (s).
NOTE: Staff members can have more than one work assignment, but only one work assignment can be designated as primary.
4. Right-click on the work assignment to view additional information in your profile.
This is your work assignment profile.
On the Overview Tab, you will find summary of the information for your work assignment and a link your compensation profile.
7. Select the "Position Description" Tab.
8. Here you will find a summary of your position, responsibilities, education, credentials and other information related to the position for your work assignment.
9. Select the "Position History" Tab.
10. Right-click on the row on the position history tab to view additional details about the history of the position in your work assignment.
11. Select "Open".
11. Here you will find the history of the position in your work assignment.
This information includes the date you began working in the position (effective date), the position id, and manager information.
