1. Move to Step - Interview


  • ➤  To Schedule an interview with the candidate, you first need to move the candidate to the Interview Workflow Step.
  • ➤  A comment is required.
  • ➤  Then select the Interview step in workflow.

2. Share Calendar for Interview Scheduling

  • Click Share My Calendar.
  • Then choose Exchange to link your email account to Infor.
  • This step only needs to be done one time to enable Infor to search for available interview times.

3. Share Calendar for Interview Scheduling

  • Complete the fields as shown.
  • Agree and link your account.
  • Only availability will be shared. No meeting details will be visible or shared.
  • You will be able to limit your availability as well.

4. Share Calendar for Interview Scheduling

  • Click to Set My Availability.
  • This availability applies to all weeks and all vacancies.
  • This is a one-time set-up, but you can change it as needed under Employee > Profile > Work.

5. Interview - Availability

  • The interview scheduling tool will search times outside of your normal workday unless you restrict availability for those times.
  • Gray out the times you wish to restrict then submit the changes.
  • The time zone should be automatically set.

  • 6. Interview - Schedule



  • Select the candidate you wish to schedule and click Schedule Interview. If not shown, check under the ellipsis menu.
  • This option is only available if the candidate is selected AND your calendar is shared in the system.

7. Interview - Details


  • Select the interview template based on which building they will be arriving at.
  • You can edit the information and add additional details as needed.
  • The Between range of dates and times will be sent to the candidate to select an option.
  • To send only one time, change the Invite Type to Create Calendar Invite.
  • If All Attendees Available is chosen, the system will only show times where all are free.

8. Interview - Attendees

  • ➤  You can add and remove attendees as needed.
  • Those who have not shared their calendar will show a caution sign.

9. Interview - Time

  • You can remove some dates and times from the invite.
  • The ones shown are those where availability exists.
  • Remember that you selected either for one calendar or all calendars to be checked on the first tab.
  • Confirm your choices and finish.


  • 10. Interview - Acceptance

    • Once the interview time is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation, and it will appear on your outlook calendar and the candidate profile.
    • If this scheduling tool is not used, an interview can be added manually on the candidate profile.
    • Return to the requisition workflow.
