WFM - On Call and Call Back

Mar-21st, 2023 19:25 59 0

The system will try to use rules to identify next day clocks that should belong to the prior day's shift. However, we see clock update forms, manual entries and staff with only ON CALL on the shift day and the clock late in the shift in early AM landing on the next day.  This usually happens if the employee clocked a double ON or double OFF or clocked in after 4 AM. These clocks that belong on the prior day's shift will need to be manually moved to the correct day to pay correctly.

Please note call back clocks must be entered on the date the shift began to trigger the call back rate. This is the Work Date on the exception form. The Clock Date is the actual date of the clock on/off.

The example below the clocks for 3:55am on 1/11 were meant for the shift that began on 1/10, but were entered incorrectly. If these should be call back you will need to move them to the row for 1/10, the date the shift began, then set 1/11 as the date of the clock in the detail.
