In the event of the death of an employee or certain family members Children's of Alabama sends a condolence message and plant/flower arrangement to the funeral home or to the home.  Currently we recognize the following family members:  Spouse, child, parent, current parent-in-law, sister and brother.  Orders are handled by the Human Resources Department. • Employee Name
• Deceased Name
• Relationship to Employee
• Department Name 
• Location for flowers to be delivered:    
•      Name/Location/Phone Number of Funeral Home or
•      Home Address

Flowers for other occasions or family members not mentioned above should be handled by the individual departments and not charged to COA.
