The Review Clock Form is replacing the Exception or Missed Punch Form in April 2023.
Navigation: Infor > Staff Self Service Home Page > My WFM Time & Schedule > Team Review Clocks Messages
1. Change to the "Supervisor Self Service" home page.
2. Click on "Team Review Clocks Messages".
3. Look for any Interaction "Adjust Clock" messages that have been submitted to you for approval.
4. Click on any message with the subject Interaction "Adjust Clock" to view the change form. The form details will open on the right side of the screen.
Note: The Review Clock Form does not display fully in the WFM main menu messages. Only use the self service link to Messages to review and approve these forms.
5. Carefully review the changes submitted under "Removed Clocks" and "Added Clocks". You cannot change the times submitted by the staff, you can only approve or reject the whole set. If only some of the changes are acceptable, you will need to need to reject the form. You can request that the employee resubmit with changes or make the corrections manually on the timesheet.
WARNING: Please compare the form details to the actual timesheet to be updated. Approval will replace ALL clocks on this date, if they are not included in this form. So if manual corrections were made on the timesheet AFTER this form was submitted by the staff, this form will overwrite those manual timesheet changes. We strongly recommend you compare the changes to the actual timesheet date just before approving the form.
6. Provide any comments needed in the box at the bottom of the form.
Note: These comments will be in the history but will not display as a message in the auto response back to the staff who submitted the form.
7. Click "Accepted" and "Submit" to complete the form.
8. A system notification will appear in the staff person's WFM self service Messages.
9. They can click "Show History" to see the workflow routing, actions and comments.
10. Before you Accept or Reject the form, staff will see a Pending Approval status under Review Clocks in self service.
