Review Team Position Descriptions

You can view your Team Position Descriptions from Supervisor Self Service.   To review a position description, follow the steps outlined in this article.

Navigation:   Infor >> Supervisor Self >> Team Position Descriptions  



From Supervisor Self Service:

1. Select " Team Position Descriptions".


The system displays a list of position descriptions for members of your team. 

2. Select " View Position" beside the job description that you want to view. 


If you need to update the job description, you will need to highlight the text in the "Summary", "Responsibilities", and "Other" sections to copy, paste, and revise it in WordPad.

3. Highlight the text in the "Summary", "Responsibilities", and "Other" sections of the document.


4. Right-Click and select "Copy".


5. Go to the Windows Search Menu located at the bottom of your screen and enter "WordPad" to search and open for the application.


6. Right-click and select "Paste" to paste the text in WordPad.


7. Update the information in the "Summary", "Responsibilities", and "Other" sections as needed and the select "Save". 


8. Save the document to your PC for use when submitting your request to Update the Position Description



NOTE: If you choose, you may print copies of your Team Job Descriptions by selecting the Print Botton.
