WFM - Clocking in Self Service

WFM is a time management application used for scheduling & timekeeping, helping ensure employees receive timely and accurate pay for hours worked. This article guides you through the process of clocking in WFM Self Service. 

A few reminders about clocking in Self Service:

  • The system will only accept online clock submissions with location services enabled.
  • If your browser does not allow this setting, you will not be able to clock in through Self Service on a computer.
  • When using a mobile device, GPS must be active and able to read your location.
  • The system will store the location you clocked from, and this information will be available to schedulers, administrators, and members of management.
  • Employees are required to use clock locations approved by their supervisor. Clocking outside of approved locations may result in disciplinary action.

1 - Access My WFM Time & Schedule Menu

    From Staff Self Service, select My WFM Time & Schedule.

2 - Select My Schedule Hub

Note:  If the Schedule Hub link does not open the correct page on the first attempt, click the link a second time. Due to a known system issue that has been reported to Infor, a second click may be required to access the Schedule Hub successfully.

3 -Locate the Clock Icon

     NOTE:  The clock icon can be found in the lower right corner of the "My Schedule Hub" screen.   

     If the clock is red, this indicates that you are currently clocked off.  

    If the clock is green, this indicates that you are currently clocked on.   
    

   

  

4 - Clock Action Panel Select the ON or OFF icon to clock on or off.  To view additional details or to change the time code, select "View More" to display the Clock Options menu.

 

5 - Clock Options

If you need to clock to a different department, you will need to select Change Department. To clock outside of the default code, you will need to select "Change Time Code".

We do not allow changes to the Job, Docket, or Project codes at this time.

    
  


6 - Self Service Clocking

Self Service Clocking is available for Continuing Education, Non-Clinical, or the Default Work Time codes. 

Choose "CONT Ed" (Continuing Education) or "Non-Prod" (Non-clinical) to change the default time code.


7 - Return to Schedule Hub

 

Once the new code is selected, the system will display confirmation that you have updated the time code to the new value.

Select OK to return to the "My Schedule Hub" Screen.



8 - Return to Clock Options

Select the clock icon again to return to "Clock Options".  

NOTE: If you are currently clocked on - the clock icon will appear in Green.


9 - Clock Options

Select "View More".


10 - View Clock Transactions

Select "View Clock Transactions".

To view details for your clock transactions, toggle between the "down and up arrows" to view details about your clock transactions.
