From Staff Self Service, select My WFM Time & Schedule.
Select WFM Home Menu.
Welcome to the WFM Main Application Home Screen! This is the Admin Portal for WFM.
Here you can view your timesheet, view your schedule, and submit cancel a meal deduction request.
Select My Timesheet.
This is the timesheet view screen. Here, you can review your scheduled hours, start and end shift times, and clocked punches for the current pay period.
To view details for a specific date on your timesheet, select the arrow in the far left column beside the date you want to view.
The view expands to show details about your time worked, including start time, end time, hours, time code, job, department, and, if applicable, premium, units, and callback information.
In this example, the Staff Nurse clocked in at 6:00 a.m. and out at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 6/4/2024. This time is referenced by Time Code "WORK" and recorded as 12 REG (regular) work hours.
The time code "SHIFT DIFF" and hour type "PREM" indicate hours worked during the shifts that are eligible for differential pay.
Because Wendy's position is eligible for shift differential, Wendy will receive three hours of shift differential pay for the hours worked during Shift 2 and one hour of shift differential pay for the hour worked during Shift 3.
NOTE: Most staff will have a 30-minute meal break auto-applied to their timesheet in the first five hours of the shift. The mealtime is a placeholder and does not reflect the actual time of the break.
During this shift, Wendy StaffNurse did not punch out for her scheduled lunch break. Do not work through your lunch break without prior approval from your supervisor.
Occasionally, you may be asked to work hours in addition to your normal work shift. Check your timesheet daily to ensure your work hours are reflected accurately.
If you received approval to work through your lunch and the cancel auto meal option is not selected, refer to the WFM training presentation and article "How to Cancel an Auto Meal Deduction" for step-by-step instructions to cancel a meal deduction.
A Green Check Mark indicates worked hours that match those scheduled in WFM. The system displays a Red X when the timesheet needs to be reviewed for accuracy.
NOTE: A Red X does not mean that you will not be paid for your hours worked. You will be paid according to the hours reflected on your timesheet when payroll is processed.
You must check your timesheet frequently to verify that your work hours and meal breaks are accurate.
The Code Summary is located at the bottom of the timesheet. It displays any applicable hours, overtime, and/or premiums for the pay period.
