WFM - How to Submit Review Clocks

WFM is a time management application used for scheduling & timekeeping, helping ensure employees receive timely and accurate pay for hours worked.  The detailed view of your timesheet displays dates, hours, and d times for each day you work within a pay period. You should review your time details weekly and raise any concerns so that issues can be addressed well before the pay period ends.  This article guides you on submitting a missed punch request for approval. Follow the steps below to use the Review Clocks Form to submit a missed punch request for approval.

From Staff Self Service  >>  My Service Center:



1. Select "My WFM Time & Schedule".



  
2. Select "Review Clocks Form"




NOTE:  Please make sure to select the date the shift began when adding missing clocks that occur past midnight.

3.  To add a missing punch for a shift that began on March 5th, select the "date" on the calendar.  



 




4. Select "Add New Clock".






5. Complete the fields on the New Clock screen.

  • DATE* - To add a missing punch that occurred after midnight on your shift, enter the next day in the Date* field.
  • Time* - enter or Select the Time of the missed punch.
  • Select the Type* for the missed punch.
  • Select the Reason* for the missed punch.
  • If you have additional information to add, enter relevant information about the missed punch in the Comment Field.   





6. The New Clocks are added to the screen.




 


NOTE:  If you need to make a change or correction to a newly added clock, you can remove a clock by selecting the ellipsis and choosing "Remove" at any time before selecting "Submit Only After Shift Ends."

7. Select "Submit Only After Shift Ends" to submit your clocks for review.








8. The submitted form will be routed to an approver on your unit/team.  Select "OK" to return to the Review Clocks page.






9. You can cancel the request to add a clock while the request is in pending approval status.   







10.  When the form is approved, you will receive a response in your message inbox in WFM.   The response will list the before and after clock changes.  To learn how to view messages in your inbox, visit "How To View My Messages".

IMPORTANT:  Please remember to clock in and out each date you work.   If you consistently miss clock punches, it may impact your performance review and could lead to corrective action.

Remember to use the time clock closest to your workstation and only clock in when you start work.
