From Staff Self Service, select My WFM Time & Schedule.
Select Review Clocks Form.
NOTE: Please make sure to select the date the shift began when adding missing clocks that occur past midnight.
a. To add a missing clock for a shift, select the "date" on the calendar.
b. Select "Add New Clock".
DATE* - To add a missing clock that occurred after midnight on your shift, enter the next day in the Date* field.
Time* - enter or Select the Time of the missed clock.
Select the Type* for the missed clock.
Select the Reason* for the missed clock.
If you have additional information to add, enter relevant information about the missed clock in the Comment Field.
NOTE: If you need to make a change or correction to a newly added clock, you can remove a clock by selecting the ellipsis and choosing "Remove" at any time before selecting "Submit Only After Shift Ends."
Select "Submit Only After Shift Ends" to submit your clocks for review.
The submitted form will be routed to an approver on your unit/team. Select "OK" to return to the Review Clocks page.
NOTE: Your request will be in Pending Approval Status until it is reviewed and approved by the person authorized to approve your request.
You can cancel the request to add a clock at anytime while the request is in pending approval status.
When the form is approved, you will receive a response in your message inbox in WFM. The response will list the before and after clock changes. To learn how to view messages in your inbox, visit "How To View My Messages".
IMPORTANT: Please remember to clock in and out each date you work. If you consistently miss clocks, it may impact your performance review and could lead to corrective action. Remember to use the time clock closest to your workstation and only clock in when you start work.
