As an employee, you can access data through self-service, such as your name, address, and phone information. Although not all data stored in your profile can be edited, you can request a change to your name via the personal information screen.
Before requesting a name change, it's crucial to consider some important factors:
Legal Name Changes: Your Legal Name must match the name listed on your Social Security Card. Be sure to attach a copy of your Social Security Card when requesting a change to your Legal Name Information.
Once HR receives your Request: HR will review it for approval, and you will receive a notification in your work email address when it is approved. Your new name will be updated in all Infor/COA-related systems within 48 hours of notification.
Upon completion of your Request: Your email address will be updated in Outlook to match your new legal name. If your name change impacts your benefits, please refer to the Blue River website for more information on Benefits.
