The default export limit for CSV reports in Infor is currently set at 5,000 records. However, since our workforce has now surpassed 5,600 employees, some lists may be truncated if you are not aware of how to adjust this limit. As an HR staff member, you have the ability to change the default export limit for your reports in Infor. From the Generalist Menu:
1. Scroll down the application menu and then Select "More".
2. Select "Settings".
3. Select the "Functional" tab.
4. Select "No Limit" for the Default Record Limit.
5. Click in the "As of Date" field.
Here, you will set the "As of Date". The system looks back to this date when you perform actions such as performing a search for records in the system.
6. Select the "As of Date" on the calendar.
7. Select "Apply" to save your changes.
8. When the Default Limit is changed to No Limit and the "As Of Date" is selected, the "As Of Date" appears in the top right corner of the screen, and the record limit field is updated to No Limit.
