Managers use the Performance Dashboard to drill into the appraisal status for all supervisors who report to them. This is the recommended way to monitor the overall incomplete appraisals for each supervisor in your team. The system will show the due date that was in effect when the appraisals were generated.

From Supervisor Self Service
1. Select "Team Performance" from the Managers
2. Click on "By Status", then click on the +/- icon to drill into any supervisors that report to you.
Note: You must click on the name of the supervisor so that it is checked and highlighted in blue, then wait until the list below refreshes. If the list at the bottom does not change, then there are no incomplete appraisals for this supervisor.
3. For each supervisor you select, on the right you will see a chart that summarizes how many appraisals are complete.
Note: This chart only shows the status of appraisals that are pending action. Until all Employee, Peer and Manager appraisals are complete there will be a count here. Fully complete and acknowledged appraisals will only be found under lists of Historical appraisals.
4. At the bottom of the screen you will see a list of all appraisal types, who they are assigned to and their status.

5. Use the filter to search for specific types or people. Even if the Employee and Peer appraisals are not complete, all Manager Appraisals for Active employees must be completed.
Note: You may also user the "Export to CSV" option to generate a file for download. This file will open in any spreadsheet or test editing tool.

5. If the employee self appraisal is finalized and ready for the manager appraisal to be completed a blue icon will show next to the title of the Appraisal. You can hover over the icon to see a message.
