All New Hires will be assigned a series of Tasks within Infor to complete. We refer the collection of these tasks as the HR Hire Employee Transition Program. Once this program is assigned to you, you should receive an email with instructions on completing the program. You can also access the program via the Employee Self Service Portal under My Programs. This widget will show you all the transition programs assigned to you as well as their current status. Double-click on the HR Hire Employee Tasks Program to open.
Here, you will see the series of tasks assigned to you on the left. These will be basic forms/instructions such as asking you to confirm your personal information or verifying that you have completed steps for Benefits enrollment. Each task will offer guidance to complete. When you have acknowledged completion, use the next button to switch to the following task.
Tips:
When you get to the last task in the program and click next, you will reach the completion page. If you have completed all of the task in the transition program, the completion message will indicate so. Otherwise, the message will give you a list of outstanding tasks in the program.
