Follow these steps to set up your account:

1. Visit portal.chsys.org.
2. Your Username will be "CHS" + your Children's ID (ie CHS123456).
3. Use the Temporary Password provided to you.
4. Once completed, you'll be redirected to:
• Reset your password. Your new password must:
• Be at least 8 characters long
• Include letters (A–Z or a–z)
• Include numbers (0–9)
• Include at least one special character (such as !, @, #, $, etc.)
• Register for OKTA which is our Multi-Factor Authentication service, which adds an extra layer of security by requiring a second verification step when you sign in —like a code sent to your phone—when you log in. 

Note:

If you’ve forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password?" on the login page to reset it.

Once your account is ready, you will see our portal page with quick links to help you find various resources. the menu options will vary based on security access. 

• The Blue River – Our internal website which hosts company news & resources. 
• Vaccine Consent Form – To consent to receive the Flu Vaccine at Children's.
• Infor ERP PROD – Access your profile & volunteer timesheet.
• Join Blink - our internal communication platform to give direct access to company news and help stay connected with fellow volunteers!
• Download the app via your phone's App Store or access online via https://app.joinblink.com/#/login
• Use your email address you applied with & network username and password to login!
